프리스틴(PRISTIN) 카일라, 그룹 해체 심경 전해…“사랑해요”

(톱스타뉴스 국다원 기자) 프리스틴(PRISTIN)의 멤버 카일라가 그룹 해체에 대한 심경을 밝혔다.

최근 카일라는 자신의 인스타그램에 “Dear HIghs,
I am so devastated that I have to be uploading this post and I know that so many of you have a million questions. For now, I just want to say I am so sorry and also incredibly grateful to all of you who have supported us from the beginning from when we were Pledis Girlz to now”라고 사작하며 심경을 밝혔다.

지난 24일 플레디스 엔터테인먼트는 “당사 소속 그룹 ‘프리스틴’의 전속 계약 해지 및 팀 해체를 결정하게 되었다”라며 공식입장을 밝혀 안타까움을 전했다.

프리스틴은 지난 2016년 방송된 엠넷 ‘프로듀스 101’에 출연한 나영, 은우, 주결경, 박시연, 경원, 예빈, 민경을 주축으로 성연, 카일라를 포함한 10인조 걸그룹이다.

프리스틴은 지난 2017년 3월 21일 1집 미니 앨범 ‘HI! PRISTIN’을 발표하며 본격적으로연예계에 데뷔했다.

이후 ‘SCHXXL OUT’을 발매, 다양한 예능 프로그램 및 라디오에 출연하며 활발한 활동을 펼치며 팬들을 만났다.

그러나 지난 2017년 ‘SCHXXL OUT’ 활동 종료 이후 특별한 활동이 없어 팬들의 속을 타들어 가게 만들었고 결국 그룹 해체 소식을 알리며 안타까움을 사고 있다.

I am so devastated that I have to be uploading this post and I know that so many of you have a million questions. For now, I just want to say I am so sorry and also incredibly grateful to all of you who have supported us from the beginning from when we were Pledis Girlz to now. While Pristin has officially disbanded, I would like to ask you all not to be upset and angry, but rather joyous of the memories that we've had together and all of the amazing things we have accomplished. Moving forward, I hope you all will find it in your hearts to support me as Kyla Massie instead of Pristin Kyla. I had been with Pledis for approximately 9 years now and I am very lucky to have had this amazing experience and to have had such a wonderful second family. Thank you. It has been a rollercoaster ride the past 2 years and I couldn't be more grateful to all of the people who have supported us over this time. Thank you so much. I love you with all of my heart. 사랑해요 우리
